About the position

As a Sales Account Executive at Michael Page, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with clients to help them grow their businesses by providing effective recruitment solutions. This role involves managing a portfolio of candidates and clients, sourcing and screening potential candidates, and driving new business opportunities through lead generation and proposal development. You will also mentor newer sales team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build close partnerships with clients to help their business grow by developing and delivering recruitment solutions.
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.
  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources.
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview through offer stage.
  • Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
  • Hunt for new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Develop and pitch proposals during the proposal process.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.
  • Mentor newer sales team members.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role.
  • Experience in prospecting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong listening abilities.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to win, with a proven history of achieving quotas or objectives.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
