About the position

The Sales Account Executive for the Microsoft Portfolio at Cyclotron, Inc. is a remote position focused on driving sales activities from lead generation to closing deals within the assigned territory. The role requires a strong background in software sales, particularly with Microsoft solutions, and emphasizes entrepreneurial spirit and self-direction in managing business development.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage territory sales business plans
  • Independently manage assigned sales territory
  • Effectively prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Demonstrate effective sales strategy to manage the sales cycle across prospects and service offerings
  • Prospect territory and develop new leads within both prospect and existing accounts
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new services sales opportunities
  • Drive business conversations with business influencers and decision makers
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services
  • Sell consultatively by assimilating customer needs and recommending services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners for co-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Software, Solution Sales, or Account Executive
  • Demonstrated goal attainment track record over plan year
  • Experience selling Microsoft Software or Services, or similar Enterprise Software Solutions
  • Sales knowledge of Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft365, Azure, and/or Dynamics365)
  • Experience leveraging CRM Software for daily account management activities
  • Critical thinker and independent problem-solver
