About the position

The Sales Account Executive for the Microsoft Portfolio at Cyclotron, Inc. is a full-time role based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for driving sales activities from lead generation to closing deals within an assigned territory. This position requires a self-directed and entrepreneurial individual with strong experience in software sales and account management, particularly with Microsoft solutions. The role emphasizes the importance of building relationships, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage territory sales business plans
  • Independently manage assigned sales territory
  • Effectively prospect, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities
  • Demonstrate effective sales strategy to manage the sales cycle across prospects and service offerings
  • Prospect territory and develop new leads within both prospect and existing accounts
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new services sales opportunities
  • Drive business conversations with business influencers and decision makers
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell services
  • Sell consultatively by assimilating customer needs and recommending services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners for co-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Software, Solution Sales, or Account Executive
  • Demonstrated goal attainment track record over plan year
  • Experience selling Microsoft Software or Services, or similar Enterprise Software Solutions
  • Sales knowledge of Microsoft Solutions (Microsoft365, Azure, and/or Dynamics365)
  • Experience leveraging CRM Software for daily account management activities
  • Critical thinker and independent problem-solver
