About the position

As a Sales Account Executive for Philips ECG Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share within the Northeastern NJ territory. This role involves managing the sales process from lead identification to closing deals, focusing on promoting ECG Solutions products and services to healthcare professionals, including cardiologists and hospital administrators. You will work in a dynamic sales environment, nurturing existing accounts while prospecting for new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the sales process from lead identification to closing deals.
  • Prospect new business and maintain existing client accounts.
  • Ensure sales strategies meet revenue objectives.
  • Arrange appointments and equipment demonstrations for ECG Solutions products.
  • Communicate the company's competitive differentiation and value proposition to enhance sales.
  • Drive sales revenue and overall market share within the territory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of sales experience in the Medical Device or Biotechnology field, preferably in cardiology.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual sales quota of more than $1M.
  • Strong advanced selling capabilities and commitment to sales strategy.
  • Excellent customer satisfaction and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to close sales effectively and hunt for new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a health-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience selling in hospitals or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) preferred.
