About the position
The Sales Account Executive/Producer at Lockeland Insurance Advisors is responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to clients while building strong relationships and a referral-driven business. This role offers the opportunity to grow a personal business within the insurance sector, focusing on exceptional customer service and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert to place policies for new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales, networking techniques, and marketing.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Property, casualty, and life insurance license preferred; must obtain licenses within 60 days of employment if not already licensed.
- Must be willing to hunt for new business opportunities.
- Responsibility and coachability are a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
