About the position

The Sales Account Executive/Producer at Lockeland Insurance Advisors is responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to clients while building strong relationships and a referral-driven business. This role offers the opportunity to grow a personal business within the insurance sector, focusing on exceptional customer service and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert to place policies for new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sales, networking techniques, and marketing.
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Property, casualty, and life insurance license preferred; must obtain licenses within 60 days of employment if not already licensed.
  • Must be willing to hunt for new business opportunities.
  • Responsibility and coachability are a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
