About the position

The Sales Account Executive - Special Projects at The Gazette is a vital role focused on driving revenue growth and supporting the sales team. This position involves coordinating sales activities, generating leads, and closing deals, while maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipeline and track sales progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting techniques
  • Identify prospects and determine their potential fit for specific products or services
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
