About the position

The Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to contract signing, with a focus on generating new business in the North American region. This role involves maintaining sales activities in Salesforce CRM, connecting with prospects, and working closely with partners to increase visibility and sales in the US market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B software sales, particularly in SaaS enterprise sales, and will be expected to meet sales quotas and forecast reliably.

Responsibilities

  • Own the selling cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing.
  • Create and manage a pipeline to generate new business in North America.
  • Reach and forecast sales quotas reliably.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and connect with stakeholders through account-based sales.
  • Maintain all sales activities and account information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Conduct discovery and suitability assessments of leads.
  • Increase visibility and sales within the US and North America markets in cooperation with partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B software sales, specifically in SaaS enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodology and sales cycles.
  • Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written; a second language is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with creativity and the ability to implement new ideas.
