Responsibilities

• Meet with referral sources for new auto/home accounts
• Participate in networking events
• Meet and quote new prospective auto/home/farm or business clients
• Comfortably engage with unfamiliar individuals
• Set and meet sales goals
• Write new business accounts, aiming for 6 new accounts per month
• Join networking and marketing groups to generate referrals
• Complete training and licensing requirements within a specified timeframe

Requirements

• Bilingual preferred
• Entry-level position
• Under 1 year of experience
• Ability to obtain licenses in Personal/Commercial and Life/Health lines of insurance coverage
• Willingness to undergo background checks and fingerprinting
• Ability to study and pass insurance licensing tests
