About the position

The Sales Account Executive position at Wilmington Prints is a contract role focused on direct sales within the textile industry. The successful candidate will engage with customers across multiple states, providing product knowledge and support while promoting and selling the company's offerings. This role requires a motivated individual who enjoys travel and is willing to relocate to cover a designated territory after a training period.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule sales appointments and activities
  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers
  • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
  • Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • 2+ years' direct sales experience
  • Experience working with sales volumes greater than $200,000
  • Willingness to travel

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years experience in sales is a plus
