About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team at Bixco Flooring & Supplies. This full-time position focuses on driving sales and business development initiatives, establishing strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating our value proposition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and target potential clients through warm calling and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Handle all product knowledge and training of new products with existing clients.
• Manage the process of any product claims or project issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and account management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to consistently be self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in negotiation and business development strategies.
• Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing techniques.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Experience in warm calling and building client relationships.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus but not required.
