Responsibilities

  • Drive top-line revenue growth through new customer acquisition.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Establish strong relationships with new customers to understand their needs and propose solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to improve customer experience and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and report sales performance.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience as a Sales Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings, trade shows, and other events as required.
