About the position

The Sales Account Executive at Timeless Select LLC is responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships within the cannabis industry. This role requires a passion for cannabis, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to work independently while representing the Timeless brand. The executive will engage with dispensaries, industry events, and key influencers to promote and sell Timeless products, ensuring a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Timeless brand and showcase its products to dispensaries and at events.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners.
  • Develop and deploy innovative strategies to deliver effective sales pitches.
  • Take responsibility for wholesale, licensed sales, and marketing activities in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Strengthen long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances.
  • Utilize sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Timeless.
  • Take a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing to maintain Timeless's market leadership.
  • Negotiate strong partnership agreements to build long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, cannabis, hospitality, or marketing.
  • Established contacts within the cannabis industry or the ability to develop them quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to analyze sales data.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with presentation building tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with data analytic tools such as Leaflink and Alpine IQ.
