Responsibilities

  • Take a consultative approach to optimizing customer's advertising campaigns through the use of data and Amazon insights.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
  • Analyze key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts.
  • Manage relationships within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
