About the position

The Sales Account Manager for Intel's Data Center and AI (DCAI) division is a remote, commissioned sales role focused on managing relationships with Lenovo's Information Services Group. The position emphasizes collaboration with sales engineers and internal teams to align Intel's product offerings with customer needs, particularly in the Enterprise, SMB, and AI segments. The role is critical for establishing trust and understanding between Intel and Lenovo, driving revenue through new design wins and account planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship between Intel DCAI and Lenovo ISG.
  • Partner with sales applications engineers to align Intel technologies with customer strategies.
  • Uncover and nurture emerging revenue opportunities including software, services, and foundry.
  • Close new design win opportunities resulting in billed revenue.
  • Sell the full portfolio of DCAI and promote emerging businesses like Intel Foundry Services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback to understand satisfaction drivers and establish recovery action plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-tech sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing senior customer and executives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering, science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
