About the position

The Sales Account Manager is a commissioned sales role responsible for managing the relationship between Intel Data Center and AI (DCAI) and Lenovo Information Services Group (ISG). The position focuses on the Enterprise, Small and Medium Business (SMB), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) segments, requiring the candidate to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at both companies. The role involves understanding technical product roadmaps, identifying revenue opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship between Intel DCAI and Lenovo ISG.
  • Partner with sales applications engineers to align Intel technologies with customer strategies.
  • Uncover and nurture emerging revenue opportunities including software, services, and foundry.
  • Close new design win opportunities resulting in billed revenue.
  • Sell the full portfolio of DCAI and promote emerging businesses like Intel Foundry Services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for account planning and execution.
  • Gather customer feedback to understand satisfaction drivers and establish recovery action plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-tech sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing senior customer and executives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering, science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
