About the position

The Sales Account Manager for Intel's Data Center and AI (DCAI) division is a remote position focused on managing relationships between Intel and Lenovo, particularly in the Enterprise, SMB, and AI segments. The role is crucial for establishing trust and collaboration between the two companies, understanding their challenges, and identifying opportunities for mutual success. The candidate will leverage their technical knowledge to align Intel's product offerings with customer needs and drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship between Intel DCAI and Lenovo ISG.
  • Partner with sales applications engineers to align Intel technologies with customer strategies.
  • Uncover and nurture emerging revenue opportunities including software and services.
  • Close new design win opportunities resulting in billed revenue.
  • Sell the full portfolio of DCAI and promote emerging businesses like Intel Foundry Services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for growth opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback to understand satisfaction drivers and establish recovery plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-tech sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing senior customers and executives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, engineering, science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
