About the position

The Sales Account Manager for Mid-Market at Amazon Advertising is responsible for generating advertising revenue through upselling and managing net-new business post-launch. This role focuses on leveraging Amazon's strategies and performance insights to drive revenue growth, while also establishing credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision-makers. The position requires a strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to automate processes to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Generate advertising revenue through upselling post-launch using performance insights and strategies.
  • Automate client education on self-service tools and relevant auto-pitches.
  • Take full ownership of sales calls post-launch, ensuring superior customer service.
  • Map account strategies, aligning resources to meet advertiser needs.
  • Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, including digital marketing and analytics.
  • Experience in Omni-channel marketing, display, OTT, or search marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills that span business and technology.
  • Ability to influence process improvement and simplify existing processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Digital and/or Streaming TV Advertising.
  • Media sales planning experience.
  • Upfront planning experience.
