About the position

The Sales Account Manager for Office Coffee Service at Canteen is responsible for servicing existing clients and developing new business opportunities in the office coffee sector. This role involves creating and tracking an incremental sales plan, enhancing customer retention, and ensuring a positive client experience. The position requires significant travel between Rochester, MN, and La Crosse, WI, and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Service existing clients and build new office coffee business.
  • Develop an account level incremental sales plan with local management; track performance and increase profitability.
  • Coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale.
  • Assess performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations).

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a two-year college degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.
  • Client & Account Management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Ability to travel to client sites.
  • Passion for Office Coffee Services.
