Responsibilities

• Conduct field sales and outside sales activities.
• Perform residential in-home presentations and commercial property estimates.
• Assess properties to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Advise clients in a consultative manner during in-home consultations.
• Audit services to ensure delivery of promises made to clients.
• Coordinate with clients and the production team, including a Production Manager and Crew Supervisor.
• Develop and manage a designated sales territory.
• Generate personal leads and manage provided leads effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales experience required.
• 1 year of outside sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
