The role focuses on B2B sales, requiring strong communication skills to engage with clients, identify business opportunities, and manage accounts effectively. Responsibilities

• Take specific guidance from upper management and provide feedback on successes and failures.
• Effectively document 100% of activities in CRM software.
• Handle smaller accounts and transactional duties from larger accounts.
• Send dispatch information to employees and/or clients.
• Complete work orders and recruit additional field staff.
• Collect time cards and set up certifications/tests for field staff.
• Send bill rate agreements and manage collections.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in sales or account management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business productivity tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of construction trades, especially in commercial, industrial, shipbuilding, and civil sectors.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
