About the position

Sirius Controls is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join their sales team in Oklahoma City. This role focuses on selling chemical injection pumps and systems primarily to the energy industry. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and growing key accounts, leveraging their expertise in energy sales to drive growth and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets in the designated territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for chemical injection pumps, mainly focusing on upstream and midstream energy sectors.
  • Expand the company's customer base by targeting new clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities within the existing portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
  • Represent Sirius Controls at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales within the energy industry.
  • Expertise in chemical injection pump systems, basic SCADA and automation control, and hands-on mechanical or electrical experience with pumps is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Field Service with technical troubleshooting skills is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Drilling and Completions, Well Servicing, and Production Chemicals is an asset.
