This role focuses on selling workforce solutions, including contract labor and project management services, while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting their specific workforce needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients in the aviation, ground transportation, and light industrial sectors.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their workforce needs are consistently met.
  • Understand client business objectives, workforce challenges, and labor needs to provide tailored workforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, project management, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Identify market trends and provide feedback to leadership on opportunities for business expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within aviation, ground transportation, or light industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of workforce solutions, contract labor, and project management services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
