About the position

The Sales Account Manager at Reyes Holdings is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships while driving sales within their designated territory. This role involves executing sales plans, managing product displays, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to minimize stock issues. The Account Manager will also conduct regular sales calls and assess product rotation to maximize freshness and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with customers while increasing business through sales and ordering products.
  • Sell and maintain incremental displays, ensuring proper pricing and timely execution of sales plans.
  • Secure trade support and coordinate the use of point-of-sale materials.
  • Execute and close all sales calls for assigned routes, planning and conducting regular sales calls.
  • Assess product rotation on shelves and in back rooms to maximize product freshness.
  • Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues, including managing product breakage returns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 2 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma with 3 to 4 years of specific experience.
  • Ability to lift products regularly from 25 pounds to 50 pounds, and up to 170 pounds when necessary.
  • Reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage as specified by the Company and state law.
