About the position

The Sales Account Manager at Ultra PRO International, LLC is responsible for managing and supporting select mass and specialty retail accounts, as well as custom product and OEM customer accounts. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and strategically identifying opportunities in the tabletop gaming accessories and memorabilia market. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for sales and a creative approach to expanding market reach. The position includes a bonus structure based on account profitability and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with customer accounts to ensure product visibility and support purchasing needs.
  • Develop new leads for custom products and collaborate with the Product Development team on sales pitches.
  • Oversee account servicing functions including inventory allocations, purchase orders, and logistics management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align client goals with project timelines and execution.
  • Prepare weekly sales channel reports and generate accurate monthly sales forecasts based on market trends.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry trends, attending trade shows and client meetings as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation and customer profiles in project management software.
  • Assist with special projects and assignments as needed by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in sales or customer account management.
  • Strong knowledge of the tabletop gaming and/or collectibles industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of gaming industry products such as Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons.
