About the position

The Genetic Testing Sales Account Manager at GeneID Advanced Molecular Diagnostics is responsible for promoting and selling genetic testing services to physician offices, particularly in the fields of Primary Care, OB/GYN, and Urology. This role aims to increase awareness and access to hereditary cancer testing, addressing a critical need in the healthcare industry. The position involves developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales quotas, and facilitating the onboarding of genetic testing services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and seize new business opportunities within target call points.
• Leverage portfolio and application expertise to deliver compelling consultative and strategic sales presentations.
• Develop and nurture an individual sales pipeline.
• Tailor solutions that address the specific objectives, priorities, and obstacles of clinical customers.
• Facilitate the seamless onboarding of the turnkey genetic testing service prior to the hiring of a Genetic Testing Specialist (GTS).
• Manage accounts and provide coaching support to GTS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of successful healthcare sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
• Well-established relationships with Primary Care, OB/GYN, and Urology physicians
• Valid U.S. driver's license
