Responsibilities

• Presentation of dental treatment to patients.
• Achieve strong case acceptance and same-day starts.
• Deliver superior customer service to all patients.
• Build lasting relationships to drive customer loyalty.
• Utilize financing tools to help patients achieve necessary care.
• Drive new patient acquisition through inbound calls, marketing, and networking events.
• Perform care calls to patients overdue for appointments to maintain a full schedule.
• Develop strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Review sales quotas and monitor the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts to exceed goals.

Requirements

• Strong closing sales skills.
• Ability to learn and understand dental insurances, including calculating deductibles, coverage percentages, and maximums.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• High level of positive energy, self-starter, and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
