The position is permanent and offers a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives by identifying and prioritizing opportunities, securing necessary resources, and implementing effective sales strategies and follow-up tactics.
  • Maintain high standards in all details, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries, process orders, and collaborate with the production team to address customer needs effectively.
  • Generate quotes, follow up with prospects, and successfully close sales with both new and existing clients.
  • Accurately input and manage product information, including Bill of Materials (BOM) entries, within the ERP system.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the production team, providing updates on pricing, inventory, order status, and project completion.
  • Organize outbound and inbound shipments for project components and finished goods.
  • Inspect finished products to confirm they meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure prompt and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Account Management.
  • 2 years of experience in Business to Business Sales.
  • 3 years of overall experience in a related field.
