(AUECC) is a global leader in the manufacture and supply of high purity process chemistry used to manufacture devices used in the Semiconductor, Flat Panel Display, and Solar Cell industries. The ideal Sales Manager will have chemical industry experience and knowledge. He/she will be the primary point of contact for all AUECC client base and is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and new clients. Responsibilities: Establish strong, long-term client relationships. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Organize, plan, and direct all sales activity for established accounts and prospective new accounts and work with our distributor accounts. Forecast sales target. Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs. Handle all direct communications with customers for the purpose of sales projects, improvement plans, customer complaints, customer requests. Provide clients with high level support ensuring needs are satisfactorily met. Investigate customer growth plans and report as needed. Submit customer contractual requests (specifications, special instructions) to Customer Service and Quality departments. Prepare weekly status reports of account activities. Liaise with the Customer Service Department for complete fulfillment of customer satisfaction and to effect quick problem resolution. Properly validate, clarify, and assess needs of customers on an ongoing basis. Review customer specifications, contractual obligations, and special requests. annually against current files for discrepancies. Implement customer satisfaction systems, surveys, promotional systems, complaint resolution, etc. Lead client on-boarding process. Knowledge and skills Bachelor's degree preferred. 3 or more years of sales experience. Prefer experience in the chemical manufacturing, semiconductor, or related industry. Ability to provide technical expertise on products. Travel is required as needed. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Excellent listening and negotiation skills. Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office. Valid Driver License required.
