About the position

The Sales Account Manager at Axios Medical Equipment is responsible for developing new business and expanding existing accounts within the Chicagoland area. This full-time, onsite role requires building strong relationships with customers to meet their needs and maximize the company's potential to support patients with durable medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Find designated targets and present Axios as the preferred option.
• Overcome objections and eliminate competitor presence.
• Present with confidence, knowledge, and sincerity to win over the customer.
• Commit to being there for the customer - the value in showing up.
• Exemplify dedication by providing best in class service.
• Build strong relationships with key decision makers to help advance Axios' ability to support the customer.
• Create a consistent and thorough communication expressway to enlist timely help from the support team.
• Show genuine interest in the customer, company, and team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's License
• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of leadership experience
• 2 years of communication skills experience
• Entry level with under 1 year of sales experience

Nice-to-haves

• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required
