About the position

As a Sales Account Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships that are rooted in trust. This role is essential in managing and growing your territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. Uline is committed to your success, providing a robust training program that includes four weeks of initial training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries, acting as the 'CEO' of your territory. This includes the opportunity to travel to new markets and expand your customer base. You will design your workday to balance office time with face-to-face customer visits, allowing you to structure your schedule in a way that promotes work-life balance. Your responsibilities will include managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging Uline's extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be a key focus, supported by our dedicated sales support team.

Requirements
