About the position

The Sales Account Representative/Manager at Nature Environmental is responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships in the environmental services and industrial waste sectors. This role involves developing and implementing business strategies, soliciting new customers, and ensuring customer retention while maximizing sales volume and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and sales plans.
  • Solicit new customers, prepare bids, and close sales.
  • Review Customer Service Agreements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Achieve consistent sales results and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Analyze data to identify qualified leads and maximize account potential.
  • Manage sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Regularly review sales activity and results against goals.
  • Collaborate with business unit teams to implement key processes.
  • Identify and resolve customer hurdles and constraints.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company services and pricing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, management, or similar field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a sales role in a similar field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience using business and sales software (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Salesforce).
  • Strong experience in petro-chemical in-plant waste management and environmental services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
