About the position

The Sales Account Representative II (SAR2) at Listen Technologies is responsible for managing incoming inquiries and supporting the Regional Sales Manager with account management tasks. This role involves working closely with dealers, representatives, consultants, and channel partners to enhance sales and maintain key account relationships. The SAR2 will handle customer requests, provide timely quotes, and collaborate with various departments to implement sales and marketing strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager with account management tasks.
  • Follow up on account needs, opportunities, and requests.
  • Work closely with the outside sales team and product groups to maximize sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities via CRM.
  • Engage in technical discussions, demonstrations, and presentations as needed.
  • Participate in training and events, including product webinars.
  • Monitor competitive products and contribute to market strategy.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in product management.
  • Knowledge of Listen's channel and GTM sales model.
