Your mentor will guide you through the entire sales process, sharing advanced techniques to help you excel in your role. In this position, your primary focus will be making sales calls and supporting clients in your local area. You will also have the opportunity to participate in optional sales weeks that involve travel, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues from other regions. Your role will involve introducing business owners and their employees to top-tier supplemental health benefit plans through one-on-one consultations and group presentations, significantly shaping the landscape of your territory. As a Sales Account Representative, you will utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your professional network within your territory and neighboring communities. You will respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text, schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, and attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team. Building and nurturing your own client portfolio will be essential, as will collaborating with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets for yourself. You will also be responsible for planning and adhering to your weekly schedule, submitting it to your sales team manager, and recording daily work stats and sales activity updates at the end of each workday.
