About the position

The Sales Acquisition Shopper at Voadera is responsible for purchasing products to be shipped to Amazon, focusing on building relationships with store managers to secure exclusive deals and negotiate bulk orders. Responsibilities

  • Actively visit retail stores daily to analyze ongoing sales and promotions for high-potential products.
  • Stay informed on upcoming sales and promotions to secure the best deals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with store managers to gain insider access to sales and negotiate bulk purchasing terms.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and bulk discounts on products to align with company profitability targets.
  • Use tools like ScanPower to analyze potential deals and ensure they meet ROI standards.
  • Coordinate product transportation from stores to warehouses to ensure a smooth supply chain.
  • Manage and track expenses related to purchases, shipping, and storage to maintain budget control.
  • Monitor product sales performance using data analysis tools to ensure quick and profitable inventory turnover.
  • Report daily on buying activities, including secured deals and profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations related to retail purchasing.
  • Manage risks associated with purchasing, such as counterfeit goods and market demand fluctuations.
  • Explore new sourcing channels to find the best products.
  • Implement tech-driven solutions for inventory management and sales tracking.
  • Analyze local market trends to tailor inventory purchases to customer needs.
  • Adapt buying strategies based on seasonal trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ensure inventory levels support at least 3 months of sales to avoid shortages.
  • Evaluate store performance to identify profitable products and deprioritize underperforming stores.
  • Maintain continuous communication with store managers to negotiate purchases and discounts.
  • Track all receipts and purchase records for accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in retail or product sourcing.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Valid driver's license and experience handling large vehicles for product transportation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with store managers.
  • Basic analytical skills to read and interpret sales data.
