About the position

The Sales Administrator at Mickey Truck Bodies plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing order administration and ensuring smooth communication between various departments. This position is designed for individuals with strong data entry and Excel skills, and it offers potential growth into a Sales Order Management role. The Sales Administrator will work on-site in High Point, NC, and will report to the Sales Associate Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Manage transportation vendor invoicing.
• Reconcile invoices and process payment requests.
• Enter delivery dates on orders.
• Manage weight tickets for orders.
• Manage chassis issues upon initial receipt of chassis.
• Communicate with vendors and appropriate Mickey team members to resolve issues.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Follow all company policies including safety guidelines.
• Perform additional administrative duties as directed by Sales Associate Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of administration experience.
• Sales and order management experience preferred.
• High Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
