About the position

The Sales Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team and the Vice President of Sales. This role involves managing sales reports, coordinating marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The assistant will also organize meetings and appointments, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a professional image for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports.
  • Update and manage advertisements on MH Village, Craigslist, and other relevant websites.
  • Order and coordinate the distribution of marketing materials for our communities.
  • Handle shipping of items to various communities.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.
  • Prepare traffic, leasing, and sales reports.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for the VP of Sales along with preparing meeting agendas.
  • Work closely with other administrative staff and support other colleagues as needed.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
  • Performs any additional duties assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word (Required)
  • Ability to commute to Riverview, FL (Required)
  • Ability to relocate to Riverview, FL before starting work (Required)
