About the position

The Sales Administrator/Title Clerk at Ride North is responsible for optimizing the sales process and enhancing customer experience at the Houghton location. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including managing title paperwork, assisting the sales team, and ensuring efficient operations within the sales and finance departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store Sales Manager and Sales Team with all Administrative Needs
• Follow the current sales process administrative processes and suggest new processes to sales management
• Prepare and process title paperwork for all sales deals within time allotted
• Reconcile titles, deals jackets, and organization of all deal needs
• Obtain proper documents and information from customers needed to complete deals
• Audit deal notes every 24 hours for all deals open in the system
• Do finance paperwork for customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure documents are being submitted to the state and IRS in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and professional office
• Fill out credit applications with customers and prepare copies for funding
• Complete and submit Product Sales Registrations for all protection products sold
• Perform any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall organization and success of the sales and finance departments

Requirements

• Highly computer literate with experience in mainstream office software products
• Highly organized with a predisposition towards systematic processes
• Cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service and solid communication skills
• Ability to learn new information quickly and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
