About the position
The Sales Administrator will support the Business Development and Management Team by streamlining sales processes, managing CRM data, processing orders, and preparing sales reports. This role is crucial for ensuring effective communication between sales, finance, and warehouse teams, allowing the sales team to focus on building client relationships and generating new business.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development team in preparing quotes and processing orders.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Track sales activities and ensure all data in the CRM system is current.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding quotes.
- Ensure customers receive timely updates on their orders.
- Maintain and organize sales collateral, agreements, and client information.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, finance, purchasing, and warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales administration, customer support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales data and customer information.
