About the position

As an experienced Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of sales projects within a dynamic international team. Your organizational skills will shine as you manage various tasks and processes across departments, facilitating seamless integration for new team members and maintaining the integrity of our CRM data. You will support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and data management, contributing actively to the success of our IT-Security initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments including sales, accounting, training, and marketing.
  • Integrate new team members into the systems smoothly.
  • Manage and analyze CRM data effectively.
  • Handle reporting to ensure the team has relevant statistical data.
  • Assist colleagues with orders, invoice inquiries, and offers to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure all processes run smoothly.
  • Keep sales and customer data up to date.
  • Take on project tasks and contribute actively to project success.

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercial environment or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Solution-oriented and analytical work style.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach to challenges and tasks.
