About the position

As a Sales Advisor at Nalley Hyundai, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the car-buying experience by developing relationships with customers and providing exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, guiding them through the buying process, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, people-focused, and eager to innovate within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and communicate with customers to identify their needs using the Asbury selling process.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals and a customer network.
  • Respond to internet leads within the required time and provide product information with pricing via email.
  • Answer sales phone calls and set appointments for customers.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers on inquiries and after sales for repeat business.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
  • Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and motivation to succeed.
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Experience with customer relations management databases.
  • Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus.
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age and possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
