About the position

The Sales Advisor at Nalley Toyota Stonecrest plays a crucial role in enhancing the car-buying experience by engaging with customers through various communication channels. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and eager to innovate within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about vehicles advertised online via phone and email.
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals.
  • Answer internet leads promptly and provide product information with pricing.
  • Handle sales phone calls and set appointments for customers.
  • Confirm customer appointments and follow up on inquiries.
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
  • Guide customers through the entire buying process from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
  • Experience with customer relations management databases.
  • Prior automotive sales or retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
