About the position
The Sales Advisor at RaceWash is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales transactions, and promoting the Unlimited Wash Club Membership options. This role involves collaborating with team members, assisting with daily store operations, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment for customers. The position offers opportunities for growth and advancement without late-night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact directly with customers, providing friendly service without exception.
- Explain Unlimited Wash Club Membership options to customers.
- Manage all sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to store management.
- Assist with the completion of all assigned daily tasks and duties of the store.
- Operate and maintain tunnel equipment and payment systems as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Travel between stores within a 10-mile radius for training and other purposes.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to sell memberships.
- Customer service and goal-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and initiative-taking.
- Ability to perform physical duties in inclement weather.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in car wash operations is a huge plus.
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
