About the position

The Sales Advisor at Apex Pro Films is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales within a dynamic video production environment. This role requires a blend of sales experience and knowledge of video production and marketing, aimed at helping businesses grow through impactful visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target partnership accounts
• Conduct high-volume cold calls and send personalized outreach emails
• Convert outbound leads into scheduled meetings
• Engage in timely and strategic follow-ups
• Perform data entry using Excel and CRM software
• Use creative lead-generation tactics to broaden our client base
• Host bi-monthly networking events in Long Beach, CA, engaging prospects in person and virtually
• Help develop and refine a scalable sales process, including using HubSpot for lead generation, designing and executing email campaigns, conducting phone outreach to new prospects, delivering engaging Zoom presentations on services and pricing, and successfully closing sales.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, video production, marketing, or a related field
• Skilled in client outreach, including cold calling
• Exceptional communication and time-management skills
• Strong research abilities and analytical mindset
• Resourceful, coachable, and resilient
• Ability to adapt in a startup environment and work collaboratively within a team.
