Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects needs.
  • Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours.
  • Inspect the building and model apartment(s) on a regular basis to maximize tour readiness.
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing through advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development.
  • Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database.
  • Perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Requirements

  • A passion for sales.
  • Two years of previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
