About the position

The Sales Advocate at Elite Wireless Corporation is responsible for assisting customers with the purchase of products and services while delivering high-quality customer service. This part-time role focuses on achieving sales goals, maintaining store appearance, and supporting operational tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the purchase of products and services.
• Deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
• Achieve and exceed established weekly sales quotas.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies.
• Complete all required training within the established timeline.
• Participate in marketing events and assist with merchandise arrangement.
• Communicate any inventory deficiencies to management.
• Follow cash depositing procedures as outlined by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet performance standards.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate wireless equipment.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred but not required.
