Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in account management or inside sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of the market and industry trends related to health insurance sales
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
  • Licensed Health Agent (Florida 2-40 or 2-15) is a plus
