The Sales Agent Without Renewal role at AAA involves selling Property & Casualty, Life, and Roadside Assistance insurance to members while providing exceptional service. This full-time position is based in Grass Valley, CA, with a Monday to Friday schedule and weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Soliciting new business and serving existing insured members.
• Retaining policies and achieving assigned sales goals.
• Conducting insurance reviews for clients to identify suitable products.
• Using sales techniques to generate new sales and retain existing insureds.
• Establishing rapport with insured members to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively marketing to business and community events and performing outbound calls.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complex service issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant insurance industry work experience required.
• Possess active and unrestricted state issued license(s) for property and casualty insurance.
• Strong sales skills with a history of effectively developing and closing leads.
• Advanced consultative selling techniques and thorough product knowledge.
• Knowledge of desktop systems including Microsoft Office applications.
