About the position

The Customer Service Representative/Sales Agent role involves handling customer inquiries related to HVAC and plumbing issues, with a focus on upselling services. This position requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while balancing company policies and customer needs. The role is on-site in Altamonte Springs/Maitland, FL, and offers a temporary to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming and outgoing requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Provide quality service and support in various areas including scheduling appointments, relaying messages through email, processing payments, and de-escalating customer concerns.
• Maintain a balance between company policies and customer benefit in decision-making.
• Attend and participate in ongoing comprehensive training to enhance support skills.

Requirements

• Customer service experience required, with call center experience preferred.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service delivery with both inbound and outbound calls.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence in treating and caring for customers.
• Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and possible weekend rotations as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus.
