The Sales Analyst at Campbell Soup Company plays a crucial role in supporting sales execution priorities by analyzing data and delivering insights that drive in-store performance. This position involves collaboration across various functions, including Supply Chain, Strategy, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure effective sales strategies and budget management. The role is hybrid, based in Camden, NJ, and offers opportunities for professional growth and interaction with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance summaries of our sales execution priorities
• Develop and analyze sales execution data to fit the needs of the business
• Work with a 3rd party broker to provide sales materials and information to help deliver against our in-store priorities
• Work with Sales Finance to manage sales execution budget
• Assist in day-to-day analytical support for the retail execution function, building content-driven reports and presentation decks
• Keep up on new analytical tools that improve productivity and help to streamline our data analytics
• Leverage store-specific data to identify opportunities and ensure broker compliance on sales execution priorities
• Joint Business Planning support: generating sales data for customer meetings and building customer presentation slides
• Collating field selling opportunities for HQ funding support: Incremental Funding Requests (IFRs) and New Performance Funding (NPF/SIA)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of analytical experience required, CPG experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Clear focus on attention to detail
• Understanding of IRI data analytics
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
