About the position
The Sales Analyst position at Honda is designed to support the zone field office within the Auto Sales division. This role is pivotal in assisting with zone sales operations and provides essential support to the dealer network, zone management, corporate headquarters, and field staff. The Sales Analyst will also train to potentially transition into a Honda Sales Representative role in the future, contributing to the company's vision of innovation and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Generating management reports and creating presentations.
- Handling special projects and conducting sales analysis.
- Providing support to zone management in all dealer meetings and zone communication.
- Training to potentially become a Honda Sales Representative and learning behind the scenes of sales operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
- 0-2 years of work experience plus Sales/Customer Service experience.
- Prior experience in the retail/wholesale industry, preferably automotive.
- Knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) essential.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
